AST Presents
The Talbott Brothers
with Special Guest Fox and Bones
This Portland-based alternative/indie-pop duo’s songwriting carries down-to-earth messages relevant in today’s world and has garnered attention from Billboard, Rolling Stone and their growing fan base. The brothers define their music as “cinematic folk-rock for open highways, widescreen skies and the limitless reach of the American Heartland.” Embarking on a Spring acoustic tour, the brothers’ live shows spotlight their evolving sound.
During the past two years the brothers hit the road, traveling the country in search of who they are as individuals. Both joys and sorrows were collected and an assemblage of songs took shape through gathering thoughts and journal entries. The collection ultimately became their newest album, Letters. Single releases “Burned,” “Open Sky,” and “Heavy Love” will have fans singing along at home and live at their concerts.
They’ve shared the stage with the likes of Johnnyswim and ZZ Ward and performed at music festivals like Mile of Music, Northwest String Summit, and The Rock Boat.
“Captivating with haunting brotherly harmonies.” — Billboard
Opener Fox and Bones are Scott Gilmore and Sarah Vitort, energetic offbeat folksters with a retro pop-rock bent who have been setting the Pacific Northwest alight with a handclapping, foot-stomping good time since 2016. Scott’s powerhouse grit and Sarah’s resonant tone combine with A-grade songwriting chops to create accessible, relatable, and often heart-rending folk-rock music. Anyone can relate and everyone’s invited.
