June Restoration Update
As we continue into June, we are filled with gratitude for your overwhelming support. This past month has been filled with generosity and support from our amazing community. During this year’s Big Day of Giving, we raised over $35,000! These funds will help support our ongoing restoration project and bring more amazing films and live performances throughout the year.
Our Annual Street Party; Cocktails, Cinema, & Country Nights was an outstanding success this year and raised over $40,000! A nearly sold-out crowd enjoyed dancing to Moonshine Crazy, a barbecue buffet, and one lucky guest won a pair of 14 karat diamond earrings graciously donated by Roper’s Jewelry! Events like this show that the incredible support, advocacy, and passion of our community is the driving force behind reopening the theatre.
This Summer we are excited to present several free events! Join us for the Golden Age of Radio presented by our very own State Theatre Acting Company (STAC) at 6:30 PM on June 20th, July 18th, & October 10th at the First Congregation Church of Auburn! We are also only a month away from the 2026 Summer Film Series at Auburn School Park Preseve featuring family friendly classics such as Ferngully & Rudy, plus two other feel-good documentaries. Here’s to a great Summer, we’ll see you at the next film!
