The STATE THEATRE ACTING COMPANY (STAC), which is the performance arm of our beloved Auburn State Theatre (AST), presents a special selection of suspenseful Halloween programing with three shows to give you laughs, goose bumps, and maybe a fright.
Adaptive Ultimate: Can an evil person be changed with a simple injection of a recently discovered serum? Or will it only make her more dangerous? Is this doctor a mad scientist himself or only trying to be a do-gooder?
Ghost Party: A young couple is invited to a party where a seance is to be the evening's entertainment. When a mysterious old hag appears in the shadows it might not turn out to be as much fun as they’d hoped.
Halloween, a Father Knows Best special: The Andersons seem to be lost, and almost out of gas, on a dark country road. As frightening sights and sounds startled them at every turn, poor little Kathy “ just wants to see 4th grade.”
STAC’s live radio shows have grown in popularity which has resulted in standing room only crowds. Arrive early to choose your best view. Bring your kids, friends, refreshments, chairs, and enjoy! Venue is outside in the church parking lot as weather allows. Poor weather will move the show indoors.
While the show is free, donations are always appreciated and will go to Auburn State Theatre to help with expenses during this time of repair and renovation.
